Refund & Return Policy

Returns for Online Purchases

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Items that have been tampered with, opened, or damaged are not eligible for a refund. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, it is important to note that products may not meet your personal standards. Any questions or concerns should be directed to info@auntmarysflowers.co.uk.

Aunt Mary's Flowers strive to provide the highest quality products and an accurate representation of our offerings. However, we do not issue refunds based on personal preferences or opinions that differ from the description and pictures provided. We understand that individual circumstances may vary, but subjective views that do not align with our product description and pictures are not grounds for a refund or return.

 

Wholesale Purchases

Definition: Wholesale refers to the purchase of goods in large quantities directly from Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd by a business or customer.

Returns on wholesale orders are generally not accepted unless at the discretion of Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd. If a return is accepted, the product must be untampered, unopened, unpacked, and undamaged. The cost and responsibility of return postage lie with the buyer.

Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd will not issue refunds for items that are tampered with, damaged, or not received. You must inform us within 24 hours of receipt if your items have been damaged during delivery or if you are unhappy with your purchase. Failure to do so may result in the denial of a return.

If Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd is not satisfied with the condition of the returned goods, we reserve the right to deny a full refund. Once a refund invoice is sent, you have a maximum of 5 days to provide a tracking number and send the purchased items. Failure to do so within the given timeframe may result in the denial of a refund.

Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd is not responsible for claims of damaged items or dissatisfaction unless we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. If a refund is allowed, written consent of acceptance must be provided via email to info@auntmarysflowers.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the refund notice. All return inquiries must be communicated through this email.

Note: Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd reserves the right to change conditions at any time and to retract any given refund at any time. If the refund policy is not met, Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd reserves the right to deny a refund for any items purchased.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
