Refund & Return Policy
Returns for online purchases
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your item has been tampered with, opened or damaged we will not issue a refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is our terms and conditions that it may not be to your standard. Any questions or queries must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
*Wholesale means that a business/customer buys goods in large quantities directly from Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd*
We do not accept returns on wholesale orders, unless we make the decision at our discretion. If Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd decides to accept a return on a purchase, the product must not be tampered with, opened, unpacked or damaged. You are responsible for the postage of your return, the costing of your return and the responsibility of your return.
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd will not give refunds for items if it has been tampered with, damaged or not recieved. You must inform us immediately within 24 hours of recieving your purchase if your items have been damaged by courier or if you are unhappy with your purchase, otherwise we reserve the right to deny a return on said items.
Failure to not inform us allows Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd the right to deny a refund on your purchase. If Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd are unhappy with the condition of the returned goods we reserve the right to deny a full refund.
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd gives the maximum of 5 days to recieve a tracking number and the said items purchased once a refund invoice has been sent, if we do not recieve anything within the given timeframe we reserve the right to deny a refund. If you fail to send or Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd fail to recieve said items purchased Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd reserve the right to deny a refund.
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd in no way are responsible for you (the buyer) telling Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd that your items are damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase. If Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd allow the said refund, you must give written consent of acceptance via email to (email@example.com) within 24 hours of recieving the refund notice where we will provide the return address. All questions or queried returns must be communicated through email to (firstname.lastname@example.org) to whom it may concern.

If Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd refund policy is not met, Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd reserve the right to not give a refund for any items purchased.*
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
