1. Amendments to Policies
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd reserves the right to amend our terms and conditions, refund and return policy, and shipping policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Usage Disclaimer
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd does not offer CBD hemp flower tea for medical purposes in the UK and makes no medicinal claims. Our CBD hemp flower is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or illness.
3. Product Sourcing and Compliance
Our industrial hemp flower is sourced from government-licensed European industrial hemp farms, which cultivate legally within the UK limit of <0.2% THC. These are EIHA EU certified strains.
4. Product Descriptions
Our CBD hemp flower tea and souvenirs/collectors' items are named after popular cannabis strains with similar terpene profiles but are not high THC strains. All CBD hemp tea flowers are processed by a machine "chopper" into smaller pieces.
5. Intended Use
Our products are not intended for the administration or application of a controlled drug to humans or animals. They should be used as directed on the product label. CBD hemp flower tea is sold exclusively for tea preparation purposes and should not be heated or exposed to sunlight.
6. Liability and Responsibility
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd assumes no liability or responsibility if these products are consumed in any unintended manner. Our CBD hemp flower tea is produced and packaged to ensure that THC cannot be recovered by readily applicable means or in a yield that constitutes a health risk. Each product contains less than 1mg of THC per serving.
7. Legal Compliance
All Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd hemp flower products meet the criteria of an 'exempted product' as defined by the Regulation of the MDR 2001. CBD hemp is not marijuana and does not contain psychoactive properties. Our products will not induce a narcotic high.
8. Price and Service Changes
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue our service without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of service.
9. Product Quality
We do not guarantee that the quality of our products will meet your expectations and assume no responsibility for your perceptions. By making a purchase, you accept our terms and conditions.
10. Faulty or Damaged Products
If a product is faulty or damaged, please provide evidence (photo/video) via email to info@auntmarysflowers.co.uk. We will address the issue through email. Without evidence, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
11. Compliance and Discontinuation
If you violate our terms and conditions or refund and return policy, we reserve the right to discontinue services. We also reserve the right to reject or not pursue a case if necessary.
12. Information Accuracy
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in the information provided to us. You agree to provide current and accurate information for all purchases, including your recipient address, email address, and credit card information. Incorrect information may result in the denial of a refund.
13. Discounts and Orders
Only one discount can be applied per order. We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit, or cancel products purchased at our sole discretion.
14. Legal Compliance and Use Restrictions
You agree not to place illegal substances in our packaging or use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, including violating any local laws.
15. Delivery and Collection
Failure to collect your items from the local depot within 20 days of a delivery attempt, as per Royal Mail guidelines, voids any refund or return claims.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase, you fully accept and agree to our terms and conditions, and our refund and return policy. We reserve the right to deny a refund on any item.
