At Aunt Mary's Flowers, we're committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Our shipping and delivery policy outlines the terms governing how we process, dispatch, and handle your purchases. Please note that these terms may be updated at our discretion.
Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically dispatched within 2-10 working days. We provide standard postage options, with complimentary delivery available on orders exceeding £100. All items are sent in discreet packaging to protect your privacy. During periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. Should significant delays occur, we will proactively contact you via email or telephone.
Liability Following Dispatch
Once your parcel is handed to our carrier (Royal Mail), responsibility transfers to the delivery service. We cannot be held liable for items in transit. Failure to collect your parcel from your local depot within the allocated timeframe (20 days from delivery attempt) forfeits your right to a refund or return. Any subsequent reshipment will incur additional charges.
Damage, Loss, or Theft in Transit
Aunt Mary's Flowers accepts no liability for products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. Should you receive a damaged order, please contact us at info@auntmarysflowers.co.uk with all original packaging and damaged items retained for inspection. For lost or stolen parcels, contact your carrier directly. We do not offer refunds for wholesale orders seized in transit.
Delivered Parcels and Claim Procedures
Once your parcel is marked as delivered, we consider the order received. We are not liable for subsequent loss or theft of delivered items. If you believe your parcel was not received despite delivery confirmation, you must report this within 14 days to info@auntmarysflowers.co.uk. Claims submitted after this period will be considered void. Replacement or refund of delivered parcels is at our discretion and only when the carrier confirms loss or theft.
International Orders
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for verifying local import regulations and customs requirements. Aunt Mary's Flowers assumes no liability for parcels intercepted by customs, lost, or stolen during international transit, and cannot offer replacement or refund in these circumstances.
