Shipment processing time
We aim for our products to be with you within 2-10 working days, we offer the standard postage fee or free delivery when order's exceed £100. We send our products in discrete packaging.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact us and we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once left with the parcel company in use (Royal Mail), Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd does not accept liability for your products going forward. Negligence of collecting your items from your local depot after delivery attempts, voids your parcel from being refunded or returned. For parcel(s)/item(s) to be returned to you, another shipping charged will be issued for the negligence of collection. (Royal Mail provide 20 days to pick up your parcel after a delivery attempt).

Lost, Damaged or Stolen
Aunt Mary's Flowers LTD is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact us at, email@example.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd does not hold liability for lost or stolen packages, please contact the parcel company directly for any queries before contacting us. We hold no liability in anyway once left with the parcel company and do not offer refunds for wholesale purchases being siezed.
Once your parcel is marked as delivered Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd will assume you have your order safely. Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd are not held liable for any loss that has occurred if your parcel is marked as signed for and delivered. If any loss occurs when your parcel is marked as delivered, please contact the parcel company for more information. Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd will not replace any parcels marked as delivered, unless at our discretion and stated by the parcel company as lost or stolen.
Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd in no way hold liability for you ordering the items you purchase. You are responsible to check the law in your jurisdiction/country. If your parcel gets stopped by customs and siezed, lost or stolen, Aunt Mary's Flowers Ltd hold no liability to replace or refund your purchase.
